Overview
The Niche fragrance market is fragmented and in-demand for a retailer who can combine high-level expertise with a digitally forward thinking proposition that provides greater convenience to consumers. The shift to a more premium proposition as a brand has seen TFS customers seek out more luxury products, with a higher demand of premium and requests for Niche fragrances. The goal of this initiative was to create an elevated digital and brand experience with the goal of onboarding high-end Niche Fragrances onto the platform. I led the re-design of core elements such as the the mega-menu, brand landing + listing pages and product display pages.
